DAY-CARE CENTER
CCJ’s Day Care Center is a safe and wholesome setting where infants can thrive, learn, and grow. Being managed by a team of qualified professionals, the Day Care Center is an extension of CCJ’s project, in terms of education, moral, physical, and emotional development. CCJ’s Day Care Center covers a spacious area which is perfectly designed and furnished to cater to the needs of infants left in our care. The colorful and comfortable furniture, toys, and tools that the center houses promote an atmosphere of liveliness and safety, which contributes into the children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. The Infants’ collective life at CCJ’s Day Care Center promotes the development of the children’s social skills while at the same time building each infant’s individuality and personality. At the beginning of October of each year, children are grouped according to their age. Children aged 4 to 12 months have their own zone of entertainment and exploration (explorations of texture, sound, smell, color, taste, etc.); children aged 1 to 2 years are grouped in a colorful area with age related tools and activity centers (books, blocks, puppets, lots of movement, songs, etc.); children aged 2 to 3 years spend their day in a busy work zone, carrying out various fun and educational activities in preparation for Pre-K and graduation from the Day Care Center (expanding language and sound, using rich vocabulary, engaging children in sensory activities, books, coloring, group activities, one-to-one interaction, etc.) At CCJ’s Day Care Center, we do believe that the three years spent at the day care before a child starts preschool are essential time for the child’s development on all levels. That is why we make it our priority to provide our children with a safe, warm, healthy, and secure environment which is characterized by learning through play, interaction and collaboration. Through our engaging, age-appropriate setting, we promote the development of language, listening, physical, and social skills, creativity, relationships, exploration, self-esteem, and autonomy. OUR MISSION • We aim at providing all the factors (love, care, attention, and support) that foster a family environment for each child and promote the child’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. • We aim at providing child care and education for our children in accordance with their individual needs and prepare them for preschool education.
