Dear parents   

We place in your hands our Internal Regulations Guidebook, which includes CCJ’s policy and system of rules regarding the rights and responsibilities students have, both inside and outside the classroom. Our Regulations Handbook also includes a part for parents to acquaint them with CCJ’s regulations and to facilitate interaction with the administration and staff. These regulations have been developed by CCJ’s professionals to foster an efficient environment conducive to learning and to facilitate student development. The regulations are provided in three languages: English, French, and Arabic. We kindly request that:

1. You read the Regulations Guidebook thoroughly with your child (choose the appropriate language);

2. Sign the Parent’s Pledge provided at the end of the chosen language part, and return the signed slip to your child’s administration before October 24, 2014 (for students in Preschool and Elementary School); parental signature, along with the student’s signature, is required for students in Middle and High School (Grade 7 through 12);

3. Keep the Regulations Guidebook at home as reference. 

We do believe that by cooperating together to implement the regulations stated in this guidebook, we promote an atmosphere of mutual respect, positive engagement, and healthy interactions for the benefit of our students, who are the central part of our school life.
