Dear parents/guardians:

At the beginning of the scholastic year 2019-2020, we would like to re-emphasize the importance of parent-teacher interaction and collaboration for a successful and prolific school year.

Your child has been promoted to Elementary School, and we deem it necessary that you get acquainted with the study system offered in Grade 1.

We hope that you have read the study system sheet we sent you previously. For further elaboration, your child’s class teachers will be available at the school from 3:00 p.m. till 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019, in order to clarify the teaching and learning approaches that will be adopted in your child’s class throughout the academic year, including the homework and testing policy. In addition, we kindly request that you inform the class teachers of any issues of importance related to your child.

In case you cannot attend this meeting and you would like to see the teachers at a later date, please arrange an appointment with the concerned teachers through your child’s agenda.
