Mr. Bedwan Draiby, a proud alumnus of CCJ, merges a robust Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with over two decades of transformative work in education. His dual role as teacher and leader reflects a lifelong dedication to academic excellence and holistic student development. He held several key leadership positions, including Mathematics Coordinator for the English Section and President of the Teachers’ Committee, allowing him to shape curriculum design, foster professional collaboration, and elevate instructional standards. His contributions include the development of an outcome-based curriculum for the Academic Baccalaureate (AB). He also holds Cognia certifications in differentiated instruction and ELEOT training.
In his new role, he is committed to fostering a nurturing, intellectually vibrant environment where both students and educators thrive-giving back to the very school that shaped his own educational journey. He views education as a lifelong pursuit-rooted in strong foundations and enriched by curiosity, creativity, and character.
