GENERAL ORGANIZATION
Father Superior assisted by the board of directors

Central College of the Lebanese Monks is managed by a Father Superior, who is assisted by a Pedagogical Council. The Rector and the Council meet on a regular basis to ensure the smooth running of the educational, organizational, and administrative process, the correct execution of the scholastic calendar, and the proper implementation of the planned activities and projects. The objective of these regular meetings is also to maintain a healthy climate for teaching and learning in accordance with the school policy and system of regulations.

The Council consists of Heads of Sections who are appointed by the Rector himself. The Heads are in charge of the school sections and are primarily responsible for curriculum, student discipline, student activities, student academic problems, parent-teacher conferences, field trips, teacher training, and ensuring student and staff conformity to school rules. Any measures or decisions they make are determined by the authority delegated to them by the Father Superior.

Heads of Sections are assisted by Head Teachers of subject areas, or coordinators, who are in charge of monitoring and updating methods of teaching, the academic curriculum, and the grading system of evaluation. They are also responsible for the continuous training of teachers. They work under the directives of the Rector. ï»¿ï»¿
